Name,age,and role in Pink Little Pig?
P.L.P. Are Mauro, bass and he's 26, Andrea, vocals and he's 25, Phil, guitar and he's 27 and me, Marco , drums and I'm tthe younger one because I'm 24.
How and when did Pink Little Pig form?
P.L.P. form in 1998 but before this band we had another ones since 1994 , always with the same members. it's a long time that we play together!
Who came up with the name "Pink Little Pig" and is there a meaning behind it?
The name come up from Luca and originally it was only a "funny name" just for make peoples understand how we love pigs, I mean eating them:) Personally I always liked the name like S.O.D....or any other name that u don't know the meaning...so for me is ok :)
Whats new with the band?
Now with the band we are making many concerts but unfortunately only in Italy, we are try to start making concerts also in some other countries of Europe...and in the States if someone can help us there:)) About the song we have 4 news ones that are very brutal ! I hope that you will listen them soon!
Could you tell me about the new cd "Piercing by Blades"?
Piercing By Blades is the results of years of work, wet and angry reversed on a cd! The cd is very brutal but of course is all another thing if you can see us live...You can see what we felt when we recorded it...what we felt on all this years passed in playing music that noone seems to appreciate ! We recorded in it in 4 days concentrated about make the hardest thing that we can made!
Where exactly are you guys from, and how is the scene over there?
We are exactly from Ancona...a little Italian city (100.000 peoples) .. the scene is not bad , there are some places for play live, there are many guys that follow this kind of music, so...it's a good way to start but like I said we have no fear to make kms to bring our music everywhere is possible!
How would you describe PLP's music to someone who's never heard it?
Describe own music is not simple....I can say what it's for me ....to me it's an extreme metal , powerful and sometimes with a little look to melody..but only sometimes :)))
Are you guys currently working with any labels?
No, we are totally autoproduced....on the cd there is written gemini records but pratically Gemini is ours:) We created it for make our cd. We think that anyone can help you better than yourself , so we preferred to make all by ourself!
Do you have a favorite show that you've played?
Really no...for me every concert is a great great feeling, I can't compare one to another....maybe I can speak about the way I played but for me any chance to play is great!
What was the craziest thing you've seen at a show?
Drummers with gloves and any kind of posers like that :)))
What are some local bands in your area that you would recomend our readers to check out?

My fovorite band is and always be Slayer !

Do you remember the first concert you attended? Who played?
the first concert who I attended was Slayer...the tour of Decade of Aggression....no words to describe it!
